CORONATION Street fans are not impressed by the soap’s current storylines branding them “boring” and “tedious.”

Viewers think the ITV soap has “too many kids” and want “adult related storylines.”

Summer moves out to hide her pregnancy

Sam refuses to stop sending Harvey letters and demands to see him

Fiz and Tyrone try to protect their daughter

Recent storylines include Summer and Aaron moving in with Amy and Jacob.

Summer is hiding her pregnancy as she and Aaron plan to give up their baby to the church in return for money to pay for Aaron’s dad’s rehab.

Hope and her antics are published in a book about her biological dad.

It details her committing arson and causing Alina to lose her baby.

Can Fiz and Tyrone race to stop the book from coming out?

Meanwhile, Sam continues to ask Nick and Leanne to meet his mother’s murder Harvey.

Sam secretly kept writing Harvey letters which worried Nick, but Leanne convinced Nick meeting Harvey might give Sam the closure he needs and they arrange a visit.

And viewers will see Max’s storyline continue as he gets groomed by a far right extremist racist group.

But fans think Coronation Street is lacking in adult storylines and drama at the moment.

One said: “I enjoyed most of Mondays ep apart from the tedious Summer baby drama scenes 🥱 and I’m getting really fed up of Fiz NEVER berating Hope.”

Another wrote: “There’s way too many kids on Corrie atm. I wish the producers would focus only on adult related storylines.”

A third penned: “It should be called Summer Street haha. I am getting bored of her storylines.”

A fourth commented: “It’s so boring tonight that I’ve just switched it off with another 15mins to go.

“It’s mainly the righteous Summer who’s annoying me and for some reason I can’t get interested in Fiz, Tyrone and the book.”
