Taking to Twitter, one said: “It’s all gone a bit Romeo and Juliet in Corrie! Don’t drink the poison Kelly!!!
“Star crossed lovers right there, we all know it’s not going to end well!”
Another wrote: “I bet when Kelly gets married on @itvcorrie she gets killed off because she’s leaving.”
A third penned: “No #Corrie wedding goes to plan just saying with Kelly leaving anyway this won’t go well.”
Kelly has been in the center of many storylines after three years on the cobbles, including Seb’s death and getting kidnapped by an evil former associate of her loan shark dad Rick Neelan.
The actress won a British Soap Award this year in the Best Young Performer category.
