ABI Franklin is rushed to hospital after a horror accident at the garage next week in Coronation Street – and misses her opportunity to say goodbye to her twins.
Abi – who is played by Sally Carman on the ITV soap – felt her world come crashing down last month when she learned that her twins are moving to Australia with their adoptive parents.

An insensitive comment from Gemma Winter about how heartbroken she’d be if she was separated from the quads left Abi in tears.
But when Seb urged Abi to say goodbye to the twins one last time before the left, Abi refused and insisted that seeing her would only unsettle their lives and upset them in the long run.
But it seems Abi has had a change of heart next week as she rings social services and organises a goodbye meeting with the twins.
The upcoming scenes will see Abi promise Seb that she’ll meet him later to say a final goodbye to the twins before they set off to Australia.
But when Kevin heads out to deal with a breakdown, disaster strikes as Abi starts working on a car.
Abi is horrified as the car engine slips and traps her arm, holding her hostage in the garage while Seb sets off to meet the twins.
When Seb realises Abi is nowhere to be seen, he desperately tries to get hold of her but gets no answer.
Thinking she’s let them down again, a gutted Seb prepares to say goodbye to the twins without Abi.
Later, a furious Seb heads off to look for Abi and prepares to give her a piece of his mind.
But he’s shocked to learn she’s recovering in hospital after a serious accident.
Has Abi missed her chance to say goodbye to her twins?
And will Seb forgive her?
