THEY have faced uncertainty surrounding the future of The Bistro in Coronation Street recently but Nick’s lies are about to spiral again.

Fans of the ITV show have seen Nick lie to Leanne already about where the money has come from in order to pay for the repairs needed at the eatery after they bought out former partner Debbie Webster.

Nick and Leanne have a worrying financial situation

The business costs are spiralling

Nick has been in cahoots with Harvey after he offered him a large sum of cash as means of an apology for the horrific murder of Natasha after having a series of face to face meeting with Nick and his and Natasha’s son, Sam.

With Nick not wanting to alarm Leanne, he lied to her and admitted he had taken the cash from Sam’s inheritance that Natasha had left for him.

Whilst Leanne was initially displeased by this, having found out Natasha’s sister, the holder of the money, thought it was a good idea, her tune changed.

However in upcoming scenes on the show as the pair’s financial situation worsens, Nick is forced to lie to her once again.

When Simon reveals he has lost his job, Nick and Leanne’s concerns over their finances heightens.

Although Simon manages to get a job at Underworld thanks to Carla, Leanne is less than impressed to see that he will be working closely with Jacob once again.

Soon, Nick is forced to admit to his wife that the repairs on the restaurant are not coming cheap and that the costs are spiralling more than they thought.

Leanne is left upset at the thought of having to take money from Sam’s inheritance once again.

Knowing about the money he can get from Harvey, Nick’s guilt grows as deceives her once again.

How far will Nick’s lies go?
