CORONATION STREET fans were left shocked this evening as they watched Lydia continue her campaign of terror on Adam Barlow.
In tonight’s episode, Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) attacked Lydia (Rebecca Ryan) with a leek – after the former lied by revealing her ‘affair’ with Adam.
In recent weeks, Lydia has been carefully planning her revenge on Adam, subtly gathering information on his and Sarah’s plans and using them to her advantage.
Tonight, unaware Lydia had cloned Adam’s credit card, Sarah read through some recent bills and was very concerned when she found a receipt that showed Adam purchasing some lingerie.
When Lydia arrived, Sarah confronted her and asked if she’s having an affair with her husband, to which she replied with yes.
An angry Sarah let Lydia manipulate her into thinking there’s still chemistry between her and Adam.
Later in the evening, Lydia pays another visit to Sarah when Adam is out – but the Platt daughter explained she’d lost her appetite and angrily threw a leek at Lydia.
