EX-Coronation Street star Faye Brookes enjoyed a date with new man Joe Davies as ex Gareth Gates went public with new girlfriend.
The actress looked lovingly at Joe as they arrived at the Dakota Hotel Bar in Manchester.
She looked incredible in an all black outfit teaming a lace bodysuit with skinny trousers and heels.
Personal trainer Joe matched in a black leather jacket and a polo shirt as they cuddled up for pictures.
The couple went public in January with workout posts on Instagram.
Meanwhile Gareth has moved on with Ibiza DJ Chloe McLennan – 11 months after his heartbreaking split from Faye.
The singer celebrated his 36th birthday with the blonde bombshell on Monday.
He uploaded a group snap of his family and friends who helped make his day special – standing next to his new love interest.
He wrote: “I had the best birthday. These beautiful souls are my world.”
But it appears he wants to keep the romance under wraps as he didn’t tag Chloe in the post.
An insider told HOAR Online: “They have both been leaving loved up comments on each other’s Instagram pictures from around April.
“They met in Ibiza earlier this year and have grown close ever since.”
Underneath Chloe’s social media photos, Gareth has left flirty comments about the stunning DJ.
He often leaves love-heart and fire emojis, and on one attractive snap he wrote: “Mmmm.”
It’s Gareth’s first proper relationship since he split from his fiancee Faye Brookes last summer.
They broke up in August 2019 after dating on and off for seven years.
The Pop Idol star and the former Corrie star, 32 – called off their engagement after deciding they are better off as friends.
Pals close to the couple at the time said: “Gareth and Faye have been through a lot together but they just can’t make it work.
“They are both really sad about it but have vowed to remain friends.”
Gareth popped the question to Faye in January of this year just four months after getting back together after a brief split in September of last year.
He got down on one knee during a holiday in New York and presented her with a stunning 4-carat diamond ring.
Corrie’s Faye met Gareth in 2012 when they played on-stage lovers in the UK tour of Legally Blonde The Musical.
