“Dating doesn’t have to be serious — it’s not about finding a rebound relationship. Helen just wants to enjoy life again.

Helen and Scott started dating in 2009.
They got engaged in 2018 and were due to marry next year.
Helen had son Charlie in March 2021, following daughters Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four.
Their split came shortly after Helen returned from filming ITV1’s I’m A Celebrity all stars edition in South Africa.
