Alison’s character has been at the centre of an new storyline which could see Carla face serious danger.

The Underworld boss was spiked with LSD by serial killer Stephen Reid as part of a sick scheme to steal her business.

He deleted a meeting from her diary to mess with her mind, before putting the hallucinogenic into her tea in an attempt to discredit her and make people think her mental health troubles were back.

Viewers know Carla suffered a psychotic break three years ago after being framed from the death of Rana Habeeb.

Stephen discovered her history and decided to use it against her.

In a recent episode Stephen was in shock after two murdered characters made a surprise comeback.

Leo and Teddy Thompkins were both murdered by Stephen Reid last year and are very much dead.

He doused another mug of tea with LSD but when Carla pointed out that she didn’t drink hers because full fat milk was too much for her, Stephen made a horrifying realisation – he had spiked his own tea.

As she began to give the presentation, Stephen began to crawl through the hotel as the LSD kicked in fully.

Taking refuge in a room with a cleaner in it, he screamed at her to get out and leave him alone.

But he wasn’t alone – he began to see visions of Leo and Teddy, the father and son he had murdered.

The men stood over him as his visions melted into one, leaving Stephen utterly terrified.
