Coronation Street’s Craig Tinker’s fate revealed after horror shooting


CORONATION Street has revealed that Craig Tinker survived being shot.

The police officer – who is played by actor Colson Smith in the ITV soap – was left fighting for his life after saving Faye Windass for an armed robbery

He was revealed to have been recovering in hospital when Johnny Connor panicked and phoned up to check on his status.

On Monday night’s episode Craig ran to the Bistro and to his horror saw masked Scott taking Faye hostage to ensure no-one followed him after he turned over the owner Ray Crosby.

But as he tried to leave, Craig revealed himself and told him he had nowhere the run and he should let Faye go.

However Scott ignored him and made a move to escape forcing Craig to pull out his baton.

Horrified at the sight of Craig advancing on him with his baton extended, Scott fired his shot straight through the PC’s shoulder.

Craig dropped to the floor in agony while Faye screamed at someone to call an ambulance as Scott fled.

Fans were horrified by the shooting.
