Mercedes became public enemy number one in Hollyoaks after the recording of her confessing Graces hit-and-run was played aloud at Harrys funeral.
In the tape, Mercedes also threatened to kill Harry, who was murdered earlier this year.
This makes Mercedes a prime suspect in Harrys murder and multiple characters are likely to want revenge for her antics.
But viewers have been left in the dark as to who shot Mercedes after she was gunned down in the middle of The Lofts dance floor.

Sylver, Grace and Breda are official suspects in the Who Shot Mercedes storyline – and anyone of them could turn out to be the perpetrator.
Meanwhile Diane Hutchinson, James Nightingale, Joel Dexter and Liam Donovan are also among the suspects with a motive.
