EASTENDERS fans were left gobsmacked this evening as they spotted the price of the baps Stacey is selling in her new food truck.

The character – played by Lacey Turner – recently opened Stacey’s Baps and is selling a bacon roll for just £1.80.

Fans couldn’t get over the price of Stacey’s baps
The prices were very visible during tonight’s episode

For that price you can also get a sausage one, or one with egg, while a cheese or ham roll is just £1.40.

Those watching at home couldn’t get over how cheap they are – considering a bacon roll usually sells for around £4 in London.

Taking to Twitter to discuss it, one person wrote: “Anyone else noticed on the menu board at Stacey’s Baps the food is priced either at £1.80 or £2.20. Bargain for the east end! #EastEnders.”

A second added: “Stacey’s baps!! Bacon bap £1.80!! Bargain!!! #EastEnders.”

While a third remarked: “Need to get down #AlbertSquare to buy some of Stacey’s Baps !! £1.80 in #London !!?? ?? @bbceastenders #EastEnders.”

Stacey opened Stacey’s Bap after desperately trying to find work after her prison stint.

She first became Walford’s market inspector after her former husband Martin turned the position down (although her wife Eve, played by Heather Peace, also tried to help by altering her CV).

But when her new job left her unhappy, and after finding out that she only got the position when Martin declined it, Stacey decided to set up her own business.

She has already managed to give her love interest Kheerat food poisoning from a dodgy bap.
