EASTENDERS fans are all saying the same thing after Janine Butcher made a shock discovery tonight.
The Queen Vic bar manager – who is played by Charlie Brooks in the BBC soap – found out she was pregnant in tonight’s episode.
Janine discovered she was pregnant
Sonia broke the news when she heard the test results
After welcoming her daughter into the pub, Janine felt dizzy.
As she was attempting to make soup for her ill daughter, Janine suddenly collapsed – horrifying Scarlett who screamed for help.
Sonia was soon called and the nurse rushed Janine to hospital where they performed tests.
When the doctor emerged and asked to speak privately to Janine, she refused.
Janine insisted on being given the news immediately in the waiting room.
The doctor told her: “Well after you detailed your symptoms, our triage nurse thought it would be a good idea to check your urine for infection and HGC levels.”
Janine assumed she had an infection but the doctor wasn’t finished.
“Your HGC levels are way up,” the doctor added.
Janine was confused so it was left to Sonia to spell it out to her.
“It means you’re pregnant, Janine,” she said.
Janine looked horrified – and she wasn’t the only ones.
Fans are in shock at the development and were all saying the same thing.
One wrote: “Pregnancy and Janine don’t go well together.”
A second said: “Janine doesn’t even look after Scarlett, how she gonna handle looking after a baby”
Another added: “Janine Butcher must never become a Mother ever again.”
