EASTENDERS fans are convinced Gray Atkins will murder Kheerat Panesar.
The serial killer – who is played by actor Toby-Alexander Smith in the BBC soap – discovered tonight that his friend had been betraying him and knows his secret.
Viewers have watched in recent weeks as Gray has been tormented by emails from his murdered wife Chantelle.
Printouts of her forum posts about how Gray abused her have been left at his door.
He was convinced either Mitch Baker or Whitney Dean had been responsible but after confronting them realised they knew nothing.
But tonight when Karen revealed she had spotted Whitney and Kheerat looking cosy, Gray realised the truth.
Knowing that Kheerat is the one responsible, the serial killer set his plan for revenge into motion.
Picking up his phone, Gray made a decision and called Kheerat.
But as he starred at the businessman through the window, he saw Kheerat ignore his call.
Leaving a message, Gray said: “Hi mate, I need a favour, how about a pint tomorrow?
“Let me know.”
But his stare showed his true motives – and he has murder in mind.
Viewers are terrified Gray will murder Kheerat and add another victim to his tally.
