EASTENDERS fans were left furious this evening as Kat and Phil failed to make it down the aisle.
During tonight’s episode of the BBC soap, the pair revealed they had set another wedding date after Kat (Jessie Wallace) failed to show up because she was stuck on a boat with Alfie Moon (Shane Richie).

Kat is left fuming when she ends up on a boat with Alfie
Alfie showed up on the day of Kat’s wedding to Phil after Bert and Ernie stole her phone and text him after Phil threatened to beat them.
Kat is less than happy to see her ex husband and his intentions become clear quickly as he begs her to reconsider marrying Phil.
Things take a turn when he comes back to his canal boat and finds his twin sons, Bert and Ernie, who snuck in his van.
As Kat reels to Stacey, she gets a call from Alfie forcing her to come and fetch the kids, thus making her late to her own wedding.
Once she arrives, the twins refuse to get off the boat and they set sail – leaving Phi waiting at the altar alone.
He makes the decision to call off the wedding when she fails to show and Sharon sees it has her opportunity to make her move.
And just as they are about to kiss, Kat makes it to the church and the pair sort out their differences.
Those watching at home are not impressed that it didn’t go ahead though and took to Twitter to complain.
One person wrote: “Phil and Kat didn’t end up down the isle but have set another wedding date? Wonder if the next one’s going to be as chaotic as this one 
.”
A second commented: “OMG THERES GONNA BE ANOTHER WEDDING??? #EastEnders.”
While a third added: “Fgs why you never let them get married 
.. now you’re giving Sharon more time to get her dirty mitts on Phil 
#Eastenders.”
