EASTENDERS fans are in tears after Zack Hudson made an emotional confession to Whitney Dean.
The chef – who is played by actor James Farrar in the BBC soap – finally told Whitney that he has HIV in tonight’s episode but her reaction was devastating to him.

Zack came clean about his condition
After he pulled away from her kiss last night, Zack told Whitney that he really did want to be with her.
He told her: “I want to be a dad, I want to be with you. I love you Whit.”
Whitney was thrilled and asked Zack what the problem was with them getting back together.
“I’ve got HIV, that’s the problem,” he told her. “I’m HIV positive.”
Zack went on to explain how he had known for several months but contracted the condition years ago.
“Have I got it?” she said beginning to panic.
Demanding to know whether it caused the condition that led to their daughter’s death, Whitney flew off the handle.
She shouted: “How did you get it? Come on? Off some random girl? Was it a bloke?
“You’ve been lying to me the whole time. And the whole time I had your baby growing inside me. I trusted you.
“After everything we’ve been through I thought you were the guy. You should have told me the minute you found out.
“But instead you didn’t, you did what you always do, you ran away like the coward you are. It’s not good enough Zack. You ain’t good enough. You need to go.”
Whitney broke down in tears as Zack was devastated and fans joined him.
One wrote: “Zack finally told Whitney.”
A second said: “Finally.”
Another added: “Zack telling Whitney about his HIV diagnosis. I really hope she doesn’t tell anyone else about this. It’s Zack’s personal business.”
