Frankie Lewis will return to our screens this week after her mum’s sick ways were exposed

Things are about to get a lot more intense this week as Katy and Mick’s daughter Frankie makes a huge return to our screens.

The 30-year-old recently found out that Mick is her real dad after he finally spoke out about the abuse he went through with Katy at just 12-years-old.

This week Katy (Simone Lahbib) offers her daughter some exciting new prospects to try and make a mends, but Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) still doesn’t trust her mum.

She heads to Walford to let Mick (Danny Dyer) know about how she’s feeling, but ends up just missing him, and bumps into Linda instead.

Frankie becomes very wary of her mum Katy’s behaviour

Mick has been struggling over the past few months coming to terms with his abuse as a child

Considering her husband has just opened up about his awful experience with Katy, and things are looking up for the pair, Linda decides that the best option is for Frankie to leave her number so that Mick can call her instead.

However this makes Frankie feel even lower and decides to drown her sorrows with lots of booze in the Prince Albert.

Things take a turn for the worst when she ends up getting herself in trouble with the police after lashing out at a man in the bar.

Speaking out about what is install over the coming weeks, actress Simone Lahbib, who plays Katy teased: “When Frankie becomes aware and starts to understand who and what her mum is, she is now a danger to Katy.

Frankie recently found out that Mick was her real dad

Mick decided to keep his abuse a secret from his wife, which really put a strain on their relationship

“With Mick she couldn’t care less if he lives or dies, but it’s different with her daughter so she comes up with the next best thing.

“She hopes her plan will eliminate Frankie as a liability to Katy.”

And it looks like Katy doesn’t really care that her daughter’s behaviour seems to be spiralling out of control due to her actions.

She added: “I think Katy finds it very difficult to think about anyone else other than herself.

Mick was in Katy’s care when he was 12-years-old and she took advantage of him

“Her empathy is very limited, if there at all, so how Frankie’s feeling and the fact that she’s struggling isn’t really on Katy’s radar, as awful as that sounds.

“She would only become aware of it if it becomes something that might expose her.”
