During tonights explosive episode Linda (Kellie Bright) gets very drunk during a dinner with Max and Ruby Allen to celebrate them all winning Ball and Change.
But as the evening goes on and she gets more and more drunk, she ends up rowing with Ruby and they end up leaving.
Mortified, Mick pulls her for a chat upstairs and things escalate as he pours her wine down the sink.
After weeks of concern, he told her he thought she was an alcoholic and she fired back saying he was a pathetic excuse for a man in heart breaking scenes.
She then stormed out the pub and went strolling around the streets before collapsing in a drunken stupor.
Lying on the ground in her Santa costume, she is found by Lee who cant believe its his mum collapsed.
Kellie, who joinedthe BBC One soapin 2013, recently said things will get very heavy for Linda, in emotional scenes whichcome to a head on New Year’s Eve.
Talking of this show, which HOAR Online exclusively revealed would be aired from Linda’s viewpoint, she told Star’s TV Life magazine: “When she’s drunk, you see a side to her that you’ve not seen before.
“It’s very unpredictable, dark and dangerous.
“I think her drinking gets as bad as it could.
“What she does while under the influence of alcohol is pretty horrendous.”
She added Linda’s Walford NYE is “pretty out there and unbelievable” as the drama unfolds.
Kellie added: “When I got the script, I could believe that an alcohol fuelled Linda would do all that stuff.”
Meanwhile Danny’s character Lee was last seen heading to Dover following the breakdown of his marriage to Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty).
He is set to come face to face with Whitney over the Christmas period and spoiler images show a very tense reunion.
