EASTENDERS Louisa Lytton flashed her baby bump on set and revealed how they’re hiding it when she plays Ruby Allen.
Lytton, 32, is expecting her first child with businessman fiance Ben Bhanvra in a matter of weeks.
Louisa let fans into her secret of how her bump is being hidden on the hit bbc soap.
Flashing her belly under her huge green dress she wrote: “The bump covering saga continues.”
It comes after the star had to wear her dress back to front on a recent date night with her partner to make room for her growing bump.
Meanwhile in a very surreal twist Louisa revealed she was filming her character Ruby Allen’s miscarriage scenes while in the precarious early stages of pregnancy herself.
The experience was a strange one and left her feeling rather uneasy.
“It was weird, because naturally that was always at the forefront of my mind, so it was quite hard to take myself away from my story line and be at home and enjoy being pregnant.
“It became difficult to differentiate between work and home in my head. I hadn’t had the reassurance of a scan, so at times I was almost trying to protect myself by acting like it wasn’t really happening.
I think it’s natural to have those worries in the first 12 weeks, but the story line heightened how I would have been feeling anyway.”
Louisa announced the details of her pregnancy with a sweet video shared on her Instagram profile.
Louisa, who can be found under the Instagram handle @louisanastrilytton, shared a clip on Mother’s Day of herself opening a letter that read: “Just a little note to say… There’s a baby on the way!”
The actress can be seen pointing to a baby bump while her fiance, Ben, is spotted reading a book about parenting.
The couple’s dog, Riley, also appears, sporting a neckerchief with a cute message reading: “My parents are getting me a human”.
The couple have had to postpone their wedding twice during the coronavirus pandemic.
