EASTENDERS has revealed a harrowing new storyline for Ben Mitchell.
The mechanic – who is played by actor Max Bowden in the BBC soap – is being put through the wringer at the moment.

Viewers have seen him struggling with Lola Pearce’s cancer diagnosis, his financial worries and now a new blow over his rapist Lewis Butler.
Evil Lewis raped another man – but this time has been caught by the police.
However that hasn’t stopped Ben from feeling guilty for not killing Lewis when he had the chance.
And then last night Ben was thrown even more when Lola told him she wanted Jay to adopt daughter Lexi.
But after getting advice from everyone from his dad to Bernie Taylor, Ben backed down.
He told his mum and Callum: “I went to see Jay and Lola and I told them that if Jay wants to take parental responsibility for Lexi, I won’t stand in their way.
“I just want to say that I’m sorry. I’m not the easiest person to live with and I don’t know how you put up with it half the time, I really don’t.
“But I am sorry. I take stuff out on you when it’s not your fault and it’s not on.
“Everything’s under control though, ain’t it? So I won’t be such a misery.”
Ben then went to get the drinks in but went to the toilet instead – and it looked like he had made himself sick in the toilet.
Fans are now wondering just how much Ben can take with this harrowing new storyline.
