EASTENDERS has revealed Stacey Slater’s shocking new way to feed her kids.
The single mum – who is played by actress Lacey Turner in the BBC soap – has been struggling with the cost of living crisis.

With a pregnant 12 year old Lily, son Arthur and daughter Hope to feed – as well as a house full of other guests, Stacey is at her limit.
In last night’s episode she was forced to take on an overnight cleaning job for cash in desperation.
The tiredness left her scolding herself on the kettle this morning but she had to push on.
Especially after Linda Carter knocked her back for a few shifts a week.
And after a day flogging her baps in her van, she was given the news that the office wanted her and mum Jean back to clean again.
But tonight it wasn’t just one floor – it was two.
And so when Stacey spotted an open cash box full of cash she seemed tempted.
But it looked like she resisted temptation and went back to work without helping herself.
However, at the end of the episode it emerged Stacey had hidden the cash in her cleaning bucket – putting herself at risk of being dragged back to prison.
Viewers are in shock at her move.
