EASTENDERS fans are in shock after Gray Atkins’ final episode saw him face multiple attacks and was finally arrested by police.
The serial killer – who is played by actor Toby-Alexander Smith in the BBC soap – was arrested tonight after finally confessing to the murders of Chantelle, Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi.
Unfortunately for him prior to his arrest, he came face to face with Shirley Carter – and she beat him into the ground.
Punching, kicking and smashing a bottle over his head, Gray was injured – and then she broke a bar stool over his back as he tried to escape.
Mick arrived and joined in giving Gray a kicking but when he was on the floor Shirley put a stool leg onto his neck and began to kill him, leaving viewers stunned.
One wrote: “On a 100 that was the best episode in a long time, we finally got our justice after 2 years, Im screaming and crying on my living room floor rn #EastEnders.”
