EASTENDERS’ Keegan Baker will cheat on his wife Tiffany Butcher-Baker after she lies about her cosmetic surgery and supplying Bernie’s diet pills.

Fans of the BBC soap were horrified after Tiffany’s face suffered horrific swelling after she had dodgy fillers.

Keegan finds out Tiffany has been lying about her cosmetic treatments and supplying diet pills to Bernie

The make-up artist – who is played by actress Maisie Smith – is becoming addicted to cosmetic treatments and had a bad reaction to facial fillers.

Lying to Keegan, Tiffany insisted she was going to have a facial – when really she was going for more fillers.

But when she turned up at his event, she’d had a nightmare reaction and her face had swollen up.

Horrified, Keegan couldn’t hide the look on his face and Tiff fled outside where she admitted what was really going on.

Next week, Tiffany is still obsessively checking her face in the mirror.

To make matters worse, Bernie collapses and Keegan is shocked to learn Tiffany has been supplying diet pills for her.

Keegan is furious at Tiffany for giving Bernie diet pills and getting more cosmetic work done.

Later, Keegan picks up his wages from a drunk Dotty and she offers him a drink.

At home, Tiffany is feeling even worse and calls Keegan, but he ignores the call as back at the club things heat up with Dotty.

Tiffany’s infection gets worse and suffers a reaction- but can anyone help her?
