WEEKS have gone by since Ranveer Gulati’s murder and Suki Panesar is trying to forget her involvement in his death.
But she gets a bitter reminder of the businessman when her son Kheerat becomes suspicious, next week in EastEnders.

Kheerat Panesar (portrayed by Jaz Deol) hasn’t been on the best of terms with his mother Suki (Balvinder Sopal) after hearing about her involvement in Jags’ death.
However, Eve Unwin and Stacey Slater are trying to keep the peace next week in the BBC One soap, when they encourage him to attend the opening of Walford East.
Sadly, Kheerat categorically refuses, leaving an anxious Suki struggling to explain why Kheerat is absent as the launch party begins.
But she’s just as worried about what people will say when they notice Ranveer Gulati is nowhere to be found either.
She’s only able to calm down when she spots Eve and Stacey entering with her three children, Kheerat, Ash and Vinny.
A family friend interrupts Suki’s peace by asking Kheerat about Ranveer and she panics.
Fortunately for her, Ranveer’s son Ravi (Aaron Thiara) swoops in, as he knows all about her dirty little secret.
Later on, Stacey is scolded by Kheerat for drinking too much when queries his obsession with Ranveer’s whereabouts.
The businessman rarely lets anything he has his mind set on go and lets Suki know he has suspicions about Ravi and Ranveer.
Alarmed, Suki pretends to be unfazed and brushes Kheerat’s thoughts off.
But as BBC One viewers have seen, Suki definitely knows what happened to Ranveer and his son Ravi has had a part to play in his demise.
Ranveer was blackmailing Suki in an attempt to take advantage of her as she was hoping to sign a deal with him.
The businessman then tried to rape her, prompting Suki to defend herself and hit him over the head.
Her attacker was left unconscious when his son Ravi walked in and, believing him to be dead, was ready to dispose of him.
But when Suki had her back turned, Ranveer came to and he was eventually brutally killed by his own son.
Suki had no idea she isn’t the one to blame for Ranveer’s death and she still lives with the guilt.
EastEnders airs from Monday to Thursday on BBC One.
