EASTENDERS’ Kush Kazemi takes drastic action as his dramatic exit nears and he appears in court to confess to the Mitchells’ crimes.

The market trader – who is played by actor Davood Ghadami in the BBC soap – is set to leave Walford this month but his exit storyline is a closely guarded secret.

Kush takes drastic action as his exit nears

However next week Kush will appear in court for the Mitchells.

Viewers know he agreed to take the fall for the family’s crimes for a massive payday to save ex Kat Slater.

But since then he has fallen for Whitney Dean and split with Kat – who is now with Phil Mitchell.

Next week Kush begins planning a surprise wedding for Whitney – but he’s devastated when Gray reminds him just how long he faces in prison if he accepts Phil’s extra charges.

Whitney is furious to learn of Kush’s deal with the Mitchells

Kush heads to the Mitchell’s to tell them he’s out of the deal – but how will they take it? 

It later emerges that Whitney had no idea about the deal and she’s furious when she finds out. 

Devastated, Kush runs – leaving Whitney desperate to find him before he is due in court.

Later, Phil is anxious about Kush’s plea hearing but Ben reassures him, he will remind Kush what’s at stake.

Arriving at court, Kush is shaken as he clocks Ben. Gray is also there to support the Mitchells. 

As the court clerk reads the indictment, Kush makes his plea and later takes drastic action.

“It was a strange day,” Whitney actress Shona McGarty said talking about filming Kush’s final scenes with Davood.

“We are very close and he’s been on the Square for a long time so we’re all really good friends. It was a sad day but very exciting to film, I know that he was very excited.

“It’s big stuff, it’s such big stuff that we felt like we were doing a film. It was a really exciting day.”
