ALFIE Moon is desperate for cash next week after he’s kidnapped by a mystery gunman.
Soon enough, he turns to Mick Carter with a fake plan in a bid to raise money next week in EastEnders.

Alfie is set for some serious trouble next week
The returning character gets kidnapped by a gunman and is left in danger
The Vic landlord played by Danny Dyer isn’t on the greatest of terms with Shane Richie‘s Alfie.
Mick even threw Alfie out of his pub after he’d helped with the venue’s Halloween celebrations.
This was mostly due to the latter getting closer to Linda Carter while Mick was away with his partner Janine Butcher.
In scenes due to air on BBC One next week, however, Alfie is in need and turns to Mick for help.
He tries to persuade him to “invest” in a food festival but Mick declines, as does Bobby Beale.
This is probably for the best as Alfie is in dire straits and could be getting into trouble with Phil Mitchell.
It all begins when he tries to keep his sons – Bert, Ernie and Tommy – busy while their mother Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) is away.
He challenges them to guess the code to Phil’s safe, perhaps not expecting them to get it right.
Once they open up the safe, the youngster find serious cash inside but Alfie makes them put it all away when Sam Mitchell shows up.
In later scenes, Alfie is juggling problems at the cab office but needs to get to the shops to buy Tommy a zombie video game.
Mitch Baker’s cab breaks down, forcing Alfie to drive Vi Highway to bingo.
Thankfully for him, he has enough time to get to the shop – until a gunman jumps in the vehicle with him.
Things go from bad to worse when Stacey Slater calls Alfie, telling him she knows about the safe game.
The gunman, Keith, overhears Stacey mention the safe contains a whopping amount of money and forces Alfie to take him to Phil Mitchell’s place.
Alfie has no other choice but to take Keith where he wants to go.
But how will Phil react is he finds out?
Could this create more tension between him and Alfie?
Upon his return earlier in 2022, Alfie tried to stop Phil’s wedding to Kat alongside Sharon Watts.
Soap viewers will also remember both men have often struggled to get along.
