HARDMAN Phil Mitchell is set to make an explosive return to Walford – as he seeks BLOODY revenge for the rape of his son Ben.
The EastEnders mainstay has been in prison with girlfriend Kat Slater running his businesses in Albert Square.
But as he’s released from prison, Phil – played by Steve McFadden – is out for blood over his son Ben (Max Bowden) being raped by evil Lewis Butler (Aidan O’Callaghan).
According to the Daily Star, new snaps from on set suggest things are set to turn very violent as Mitchell exacts his revenge on rapist Lewis.
An EastEnders source said: “When Phil gets out of prison, he is out for blood. He wants revenge over what happened to Ben.
“It’s going to be explosive.”
The forthcoming, nail-biting scenes will air on the BBC soap this summer.
