AN Emmerdale boss has teased a huge summer storyline for Belle Dingle – revealing she’s going to find love.
Jane Hudson – Emmerdale‘s executive producer – appeared on Loose Women today to share details of upcoming storylines.

She was last involved with Ellis Chapman
And later had an affair with married Jamie Tate
One of the biggest set for later this year will see unlucky-in-love Belle getting involved with a mystery man.
Loose Women panelist Judi Love read out a question for Jane from a viewer, saying: “They ask ‘will Belle find love soon?’ And suggest she’d be a good match for Jacob [Gallagher].”
Jane replied: “She’s not gonna find love with Jacob but she is gonna find love! We’ve got a bit of summer loving for Belle, so you need to see what happens.Â
But that is finally going to happen – Belle is going to finally fall in love and it could be the most perfect relationship we’ve ever seen.Â
Belle, who is played by Eden Taylor-Draper, was last in a relationship with Ellis Chapman.
Viewers will remember how they drifted apart when he moved to Dubai briefly but decided to give things another go when he returned.
However Belle later grew close to Jamie Tate as they worked together at the animal surgery – despite him being married to Andrea.
Belle eventually ended things with Ellis and Jamie [Alexander Lincoln] promised her he would leave Andrea so they could be together.
But fans were shocked when Jamie appeared to die when he crashed into a lake while fleeing the village last year.
