EMMERDALE viewers are terrified Cain Dingle will be murdered after Will Taylor betrayed him and gave DI Malone his insurance policy.
The mechanic – who is played by actor Jeff Hordley in the ITV soap – said his death warrant had been signed after Will went behind his back and took the blood-stained 4X4 Cain had kept after corrupt cop Malone told him to destroy it.
But after Malone demanded another job from the three men he’s blackmailing, Will was desperate to cover for it himself.
He begged Cain to let him handle it but Cain insisted on keeping his own plan a secret.
And when Billy found out about it he too was determined to keep it a secret from Will, until he found him suffering from a panic attack in the garage.
In an effort to make Will realise that Cain had it all under control Billy let slip about the hidden car.
Unfortunately Will betrayed them both and took the car, leaving Cain and Billy terrified.
And after racing to the garage where they were keeping the car to find it gone, Cain realised their time was up.
He told Billy: “I can imagine the conversation he’s having with Malone right now. He’s just signed our death warrants.”
Fans were left terrified for Cain’s life after Malone made it clear how dangerous he is.
One wrote: “Blabber mouth got them in big trouble now.”
