EMMERDALE writers have confirmed Meena WILL return to the soap – and a new discovery may finally EXPOSE her as the billage serial killer.
Viewers saw Meena headed for Scotland after her crimes were exposed, with her getting a lift with a random lorry driver named Tommy.
But the police have been searching the country for Meena since, believing she wouldn’t have made it out due to the huge search for her earlier this month.
So when he reveals to residents that it’s possible she’s fled the country, their shock turns to anger as they fume over the failed capture of the killer.
But This Morning’s Sharon soon revealed the villagers could be seeing Meena again very soon, as she promised she was coming back.
In the clip, villagers ask the police why they are leaving and if they have caught Meena, before the detective says: “I’m afraid not, on the contrary we’ve received information that she might have left the country. We appreciate it’s not the news you would want to hear.”
