WITH the weight of recent tumultuous events at Home Farm still troubling her, Kim Tate is pushing many residents away.
But the Emmerdale businesswoman could put her own wedding to Will Taylor at risk while his ex Harriet Finch also interferes.
Tensions are arising over at Home Farm
Will Taylor and Kim Tate’s wedding could be in jeopardy
But Kim is also shaken over Millie’s return and the revelation her son Jamie is actually alive
The police constable played by Katherine Dow Blyton still only has eyes for Will (portrayed by Dean Andrews), which is bound to be causing trouble at Home Farm.
This is due to the fact Will is getting ready to tie the knot with Kim Tate (Claire King) – but will the wedding go ahead without a single hitch?
To make matters worse, Will’s daughter Dawn could be an obstacle for both him and his partner Kim, more particularly after she was thrown out of Home Farm, which clearly became overcrowded.
In upcoming scenes of the Yorkshire-based program, Dawn (Olivia Bromley) remains frustrated over Millie’s lies just as Harriet does all that she can to stifle her feelings for Will.
Meanwhile, Will is hiding his own resentment over Kim after she threw Dawn out.
Millie is then collected by her maternal grandmother Hazel, making Kim realising how alone she really is.
Later on, during a frosty breakfast at Home Farm, Will is stewing over Dawn’s refusal to attend their wedding and Kim eventually apologises to her.
But this perhaps won’t be enough to solve all of Kim and Will’s issues.
Lydia Dingle notices a tense atmosphere between the lovebirds and is at the receiving end of Kim’s offloading as she shares her worries.
Will and Kim manage to reconcile but the former is still concerned about whether the wedding should really go ahead.
Once more, Harriet gets involved and reminds Will that he may lose Dawn by marrying Kim.
Kim then finds out about Harriet’s meddling and threatens her to stop her from interfering too much.
Harriet reaffirms her love for Will and tells him about Kim’s threat.
Will seems to lose all hope for his wedding back at Home Farm, when he’s horrified to see Kim excluding some of the wedding guests.
He then begins to wonder what he sees in her – has Harriet managed to drive a wedge between them, after not giving Dan Spencer a chance?
Emmerdale airs from Monday to Friday on ITV.
