PRIYA and Debbie steal thousands from Kim Tate to frame love rat Al Chapman and force him to leave the village next week in Emmerdale. 

The two women were stunned to discover that Al was cheating on them both earlier this month after Chas dropped the bombshell on Debbie.

Viewers of the ITV soap have known for months that Al has been cheating behind Priya’s back, but it became clear that Debbie had no idea she was the other woman when she recently returned from Scotland – or that Al was engaged to Priya. 

Debbie had assumed Priya was planning to marry Ellis, but Chas was quick to set the record straight and reveal that she was marrying his dad.

Debbie then told everything to Priya, and the two women decided to play him at his own game.

It all kicks off in next week’s episodes of Emmerdale as Priya completes a series of mysterious bank transfers.

Later that day, Debbie shocks Al with a proposal and he agrees, but he’s horrified to realise it’s a trap when Priya steps out of the shadows where she was hiding to confront him. 

Al tries to make excuses and worm his way out of the situation, but Debbie and Priya make it clear he’s dumped. 

Matters are only made worse when he returns to the HOP Office and is accused by Kim of taking thousands of pounds from the company bank account.

Later, Marlon urges Al to fight for Ellis but is conflicted when Debbie asks him to stick by her as she tries to force Al to leave the village for good. 

Speaking about the consequences of Al’s two-timing, actress Charley Webb – who plays Debbie in the ITV soap – promised that all hell will break loose. 

The actress said: “It’s not going to go down well. I think there could be fireworks.

“She’s going to be really hurt because she’s let another guy into her life and it’s all going wrong. She’s not going to let him get away with it. There will be definite consequences.”

“They’ve been seeing each other for quite a while, so she’s fallen for him quite a lot. She sees her life with him, and Jack’s met him, so she’s definitely involved.

“It’s not just a bit of fun, it’s a proper relationship and, as far as she’s concerned, they’re together.”

She revealed: “She’s the kind of character who will do something quietly or a little bit, but the ripple effect means everyone will know about it.

“Her revenge will be quite quiet.”
