Emmerdale’s Laura Norton gives birth to second baby with co-star Mark Jordan and reveals adorable name

EMMERDALE’S Laura Norton and Mark Jordan have welcomed their second child and shared her adorable name.

Laura, 39, shared sweet snaps of their new arrival – including one of their son Jesse Jordan, one, meeting his little sister.

She wrote: “She’s here!!!! We’ve baked another belta.

“This little superstar joined us on Mon 17th October. She’s dead clever and a tiny little bundle of joy and beauty. Ronnie Jordon.”

Laura and Mark’s Emmerdale co-stars rushed to send messages of congratulations.

Amelia Spencer actress Daisy Campbell wrote: “I can’t wait to meet her awww! Congrats.”

Former Del Dingle star Hayley Tamaddon said: “Oh my god Laura! congratulations my darling! .”

And Fiona Wade, who plays Priya Sharma, added: “Absolutely beautiful!! I cannot wait to meet her!!Xxx.”

Laura, best known for playing Kerry Wyatt in the ITV soap, announced in August she and Mark were expecting again.

She announced her first pregnancy in August 2020 revealing: “I had tears in my eyes, we’re over the moon!”

Mark said the news initially came as a shock to the couple.

He said: “In my heart I knew before looking at the test.

“We both looked at the result and there was so much joy, but for a weird moment we were both deadly silent.”

The couple began dating after meeting on set in 2014 when he joined the soap to play her on-screen brother-in-law Daz Spencer
