FAYE Brookes has gone public with her hunky trainer boyfriend exactly a year after Gareth Gates proposed.
The former Coronation Street star has grown close to her PT Joe Davies following the breakdown of her seven-year relationship with the Pop Idol singer.

Despite denying they were a couple in September, Faye this week acknowledged their relationship had moved up a gear with a series of snaps on Instagram after spending New Year together.
Sheuploaded a pic of her and Joe watching telly series Vice in bed with the word dreamy and a snap of a Bank of Eros note offering an evening of cuddles sent by Joe.
She also shared and a photo of herself holding a glass from Joes Instagram account with the caption lucky guy.
Joe also shared a selfie of the couple in the hotel lift on Thursday with the words hotel workout – done.

Joe has been acting as a supportive boyfriend over the festive period – and has been to Birimingham several times to see her in panto where she was starring in Snow White.
Faye – who left her role as Kate Connor on Corrie last year – is a regular at Joes classes at Barrys Bootcamp in Manchester.
In November the pair enjoyed gruelling workouts, yoga sessions and healthy food choices at the rural Ellenborough Park Hotel near Cheltenham after stayed over.
It was revealed in August how Faye and Gareth had a blazing row after she began having late-night gym and he confronted her about her relationship with Joe.
And since they split for good, shes been spotted at a number of events with the super-fit PT.
Until now she’s been keen to deny rumours they’re an item.

After she was pictured with him she took to Twitter to deny they were an item, saying she was a member of the gym and he was just a friend.
Faye wrote: “I imagine that suggestions could be made from these pics that there is more to this. There isn’t.”
Pop Idol runner-up Gareth and Faye met when they starred in Legally Blonde in 2012. And they went public with their relationship in August 2013.
This time last year Faye said of her proposal from Gareth: We were both crying the whole way through. Once it was finished, Gareth got down on one knee and said, Will you spend the rest of your life with me? And of course I said yes straight away.
The couple split in Augustafter Gareth found that about Fayes secret fling with her Cobbles co-star, Sam Robertson.
Faye and Sam became close when Gareth and the actress were on a brief break in 2018 but the singer and panto star couldnt get over it.
Gareth slipped a monster sparkler on her finger on New Years Day 2019 in New York after serenading her with a song hed written especially for the proposal.
