CORONATION Streets Underworld factory has been rebuilt after the devastating factory collapse that killed Rana earlier this year.

Fans got a first look at the new building on a Halloween tour of the ITV soaps set last week and the new building can be seen in The Sun Onlines exclusive pictures.

Fans on the tour snapped the new factory building

The rebuilt factory has lost its steps and huge overhang for a new more modern look for the knicker factory.

The Cobbles were devastated when the knicker factory collapsed in one of Corries biggest storylines back in March this year.

The roof fell in after a botched repair, killing Rana and leaving girlfriend Kate devastated.

After months of mystery in which everyone from dead serial killer Pat Phelan, who did the original dodgy patch up job, to owner Carla Connor, who was putting off the repairs came under suspicion.

It was eventually revealed that Gary Windass was to blame as he sabotaged the roof to get extra work for his failing firm.

The accident sent Gary into a downward spiral and the Streets residents still dont know hes to blame after he deleted a voicemail confession to now-ex Sarah Platt.

Its not the first time the Underworld has been destroyed in 2010, it was burnt to the ground, killing owner Tony Gordon and almost burning Carla Connor to death.

Since the collapse, the factory has been unused until now.

Gary has been forcing one of his debtors to front his scam to rebuild the factory and get rent for the business from the owners.

The fact that the new factory is back in action means that fans could see it back onscreen as soon as Christmas when bloody scenes are set to air with Gary being responsible for yet another death when Robert Preston is shot.
