The pair were in Italy at the time, and Dani has been sharing a peek inside their trip on Instagram, from food photos to sunset views and selfies.

In another adorable snap of the pair, actor Danny points at the camera while wearing a wide-brimmed hat and Dani stuns in a pink top and shorts.

It’s not yet known when their travel series will air, but it looks as though filming is firmly under way.

Talking exclusively to HOAR, Danny has revealed there will be no way back for Queen Vic landlord Mick, after quitting EastEnders.

He will leave the soap in an explosive Christmas storyline, that’s set to put an end to Mick Carter for good.

Speaking at the British Soap Awards, he said: “It’s huge and it’s going to upset a few people.

“I will miss everyone but I want to go out proper. I came in proper and I want to go out proper.

“I wish I could tell you more. In the next couple of months you’ll learn a bit about what we’re going to do but I can tell you it’s huge.”

Embarking on new projects, it looks like the talented star will be spending lots of time with Love Island winner daughter Dani, as they film their exciting new travel show.

With their show, which is set to air on E4, it’s believed the channel hopes the pair will be able to pull in younger audiences.

The cockney actor is also I’m A Celebrity bosses number one target for this year’s show.

The ITV juggernaut is set to return Down Under in November after Covid travel restrictions led to two years of filming at chillier Gwrych Castle in North Wales.

A show source said: “Producers think Danny would be great on the series and is their number one target.

“They’re hoping he’ll be finished in time, they’d definitely be up for a big money offer.”

Danny said he was leaving the soap “because sometimes you have to gamble in life as that is what makes it exciting.

“I’m still looking for that defining role.”
