HOLLYOAKS stars Niamh Blackshaw, 24, and Angus Castle Doughty, 29, have revealed they are dating in real life – leaving fans gobsmacked.
The pair made their romance official in a sweet post uploaded to Niamh’s Instagram last night.

Niamh, who plays Juliet Nightingale on the soap, posted the romantic black & white snap – which shows the pair holding hands as Niamh poses into the camera while Angus, who stars dangerous Eric Foster, gazes at her from the side.
She captioned it: “Happy New Year 
a year of growth, learning, kindness, loneliness, boundaries and acceptance. Ending in a better space than it began.”
And their fans – and co-stars – were left shocked by the pair’s secret romance.
Co-star Emily Burnett wrote: “And everything jussssst clicked… well isn’t this lovely.
While another follower commented: “You look beautiful. So happy for you.”
A third said: “Happy New Year to you both! You look gorgeous together, so happy for you.”
And a fourth gasped: “Wait!!! Is that Eric with you?”
Angus also confirmed the relationship in a reflective Twitter post.
The soap actor wrote: “2022 saw me move to the other side of the country, take the biggest step in my career, a relationship end and a relationship start. I also bought a sleeveless shirt… so every cloud.”
He shared a snap of them celebrating the New Year together and wrote: “Happy NY from us to you.”
