The actress admits to being a “boring person” who doesn’t go out much, prefers cosy nights in at her luxury home.

Charlotte shares the modern apartment with her french bulldog, which is complete with dark grey kitchen cabinets, marble counter tops and modern silver appliances.

The star’s glass balcony, complete with wooden decking, overlooks the city and offers stunning sunset vistas.

Charlotte’s opted for muted grey, black and white tones for her furniture, including sofa which is surrounded by black framed art and healthy indoor plants.

A large matte black floor lamp hangs over the cushion covered sofa and matching marble grey coffee tables.

Behind the sofa is a round dining table, black chairs and a check tablecloth.

The parquet floorboards give the home a cosy feel, while giving the feeling of a more open space.

The bedroom also fits the theme of neutral colours with a cream material headboard, grey bedside lamps and mirrored bedside tables.

Charlotte’s opted for a faux-fur throw over her bed to keep her warm on chilly nights.

The splash of colour in the room comes thanks to a gilded wall mirror which also reflects a stunning glass chandelier.

Speaking to HOAR’s TV mag, Charlotte said: “I’m a very boring person so I don’t go out a lot.

“But if I am about it’s because I have to walk my dog. I live close to where we film Corrie so they’ll have people come and wait outside the studio so sometimes I’ll meet people there.

“Everyone’s very polite, very complimentary, very respectful. They’re a very kind fanbase.”

However she has had some scary experiences.

Charlotte added: “I’m not used to being recognised and if I was recognised before it was by very young children because in the stuff I’ve done before I’ve just played teenagers.

“So I’ve not been recognised by fully grown adults before.

“I did have an experience where I was walking the dog.

“I was just a bit confused because you know when you can tell someone’s following you?

“This grown man was following me and I picked up the pace and then he was walking faster and I thought: ‘Oh my God, this is how I die…’

“Then he started saying my name and I was like: ‘That’s really weird, how does he know my name?’ stressing out and he was like: ‘I just want a picture!’

“I forget I’m on television. It was a bit weird, not something I’m used to.”
