The I’m a Celeb champion shared the quote: “Don’t feel bad if people only remember you when they need you.

‘Feel privileged that you are like a candle that comes to their mind when they are in the dark.”

The In The Style ambassador went on to share another message from American self-help author and a motivational speaker Wayne Dyer, which read: “Remind yourself that you cannot fail at being yourself.”

She took to Instagram on Thursday morning to reassure her 2.9 million followers that she wasn’t suffering from coronavirus but was feeling pretty rough.

Wearing a pair of pink Barbie pyjamas and no make-up, the former EastEnders star said: “Hi guys, hope you’re all well. I had a brilliant day yesterday, but last night I’ve come over unwell.

“Not corona, sick. So I’m just in bed trying to recover,” she added, before letting her fans know about In The Style’s current sale.

“But I wanted to also let you guys know, because I don’t want you to miss out because this is massive, In The Style are doing 48% off of everything for 48 hours.
