JACQUELINE Jossa spent weeks away from her family while battling bugs in the I’m A Celebrity jungle but insists the break away has made them stronger.
The former EastEnders actress, 27, was crowned jungle queen in the 2019 series of the ITV reality show, beating fellow finalist and Corrie actor, Andy Whyment.
On her win, she gushed she had “grown in confidence and found who I am as a person” and today she hammered home her words as she spent time with her family.
Jacqueline uploaded a shot of her all glammed up, with full make-up and wearing a grey vest top, as she embarked on her inspirational message.
In it, she confessed to fans: “I am feeling grateful today, for my family, my friends and for my work.
“I realise I am very lucky to be so blessed with such amazing people around me both in my work world and my private life.
“Sometimes the world moves so fast and I get so tunnel vision into work or deadlines etc.
“It’s nice to really just take some time, be with family and just be.”
Talking about changes at home since December, the actress added: “Since the jungle I have made my friendship group tighter, family connections stronger and just me as a person so much braver!!
“Anyways… this is a word post lol don’t even know what I am trying to say… when life is running away with you and feels like it’s going so so fast, take control and just slow it down to your own pace.”
She rounded off with a cheery farewell and wrote: “Love yous!! Happy Friday!!”
The In The Style ambassador’s refreshingly positive approach has been clear over recent days, and earlier this week she told how she and husband Dan Osborne have “so many reasons to be happy.”
It came after Dan suggested the cute couple would be up for having another baby.
In another sign of her surefire determinism, the mum of two revealed she is in “business mode” for her latest career project, again emphasising her brave new outlook on life.
