MANY viewers have speculated that Linda Carter could find love again with Alfie Moon after Mick’s disappearance at sea.
Sadly, the Vic landlady portrayed by Kellie Bright is humiliated by her new love interest next week in EastEnders.

Linda was crushed when she found out her husband Mick could have died while trying to save her and Janine Butcher’s lives.
The former pub landlord was ready to fix his marriage with Linda when he found that his last wife Janine had been scheming and lying behind his back to keep them apart.
Since then, the Walford villain was arrested and thrown in prison, leaving Linda to recover from her loss.
The road has, thus far, been paved with obstacles but Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) has sometimes managed to bring a smile back to Linda’s face.
In scenes due to air next week on BBC One, however, Linda frets as she waits for an update from her lawyer on the status of Janine’s plea and starts to worry about the potential of a trial.
As regular viewers of the London-based program will know, Janine has been trying to sell Mick’s half of the Vic from behind bars.
In later scenes, Linda is encouraged by her pal Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Alfie to attend the gym opening.
While there, Linda and Alfie bond over their shared history with boxing – and she gets an update on Janine.
What will it be?
While that remains to be seen, there’s some heartache ahead for Linda when Alfie is seen drinking with Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf) in The Vic.
The pair talk about their respective failed love lives and, before long, a tipsy Sam and Alfie share a joke about his relationship with Linda.
Unbeknownst to them, Linda is listening to everything they’re saying and gets upset.
Ready to square things up, she later confronts Alfie.

Before bonding with a vulnerable Linda, Alfie tried to win his former wife Kat Slater over just as she was about to tie the knot with Phil Mitchell.
