ERIC Foster has struggled to find his mark in Chester since he first rocked up the village in March, 2022.

How far is Eric willing to go?
1. Eric goes on a date
Making friends hasn’t been Eric Foster’s (Angus Castle-Doughty) strong point, as shown in recent months.
And when Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) approaches him with the idea of a blind date with Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson), it takes a lot of convincing before he eventually agrees to give it a shot.
But when the pair finally meet in upcoming scenes of the Channel 4 soap, Eric struggles to keep his extreme views in check at the dinner table.
Understandably put off, Maxine makes the decision to not pursue anything romantic with Eric and suggests they stay friends – causing him to bite back.

2. Maxine becomes a target
In later scenes, Maxine manages to impress Verity Hutchinson, Eric’s half-sister played by Eva O’Hara, she’s encouraged to pursue a new career.
However, someone clearly has something against her.
Maxine is shocked to see this individual leave a vicious message in one of her textbooks.
Reeling, she becomes convinced Eric is to blame but her half-brother Mason Chen-Williams (Frank Kauer) quickly provides an alibi for him.
Will the lad stand by Eric’s side, no matter the cost?
3. Mason is manipulated
Maxine is left feeling embarrassed and drowns her sorrows at The Dog.
She drunkenly falls into a pile of rubbish on her way home and, as she drifts in and out of consciousness, she catches the attention of a passer-by – who could it be?
While she may believe she got the wrong end of the stick with Mason and Eric, she’s unaware she may actually be on to something.
In later scenes, when Mason is glued to the Men’s First page chat, he watches as the hateful comments against Ella build up.
Maxine checks in on him and playfully takes his phone.
But a shocking outburst reveals there’s more to his mood than meets the eye and Eric may have a lot to do with it.

4. Eric vows revenge
Later on, Mason makes a hard decision but Eric is determined to have the last word.
Seething from the lad’s decision, Eric warns him that there will be consequences for all of his actions.

Imran is battling an eating disorder
5. Imran spirals out of control…
Meanwhile, Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana) continues to struggle with his eating disorder.
The youngster’s cooking skills are put to the test by Tony Hutchinson and his disorder gets the best of him when he’s left with a scalding injury he decides to keep a secret.
Later on, Imran bunks off work and throws himself into exercise at the gym, as Juliet Nightingale begins to worry about how much he overworks himself.
An infections could leave Imran’s life in serious danger
6. … and his life is on the line
Later on, Imran embarks on a cooking challenge for a food critic with Tony and continues to hide his injury.
But this is bound to have some devastating consequences as an infection begins to brew.
Imran’s health is clearly on the line and, when he collapses, his mother Misbah (Harvey Virdi) tries to find answers.
Will she find out about his eating disorder?
Could he get the help he needs?
Will Prince leave Chester?
7. Prince makes a choice
Olivia Bradshaw and Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) haven’t been on great terms in recent week.
But when Olivia gives him a peace offering, things don’t sit well with Prince’s mother Goldie (Chelsee Healey).
She decides to pay Olivia a visit – but will her meddling go too far?
Later on, Prince has an important decision to make as he ponders moving away from the village and his overbearing mother, while he questions his relationship with Olivia.
What will he decide?
