STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Maisie Smith channelled Lady and the Tramp as she shared a crab stick with her pet dog Betty.

The 19-year-old star shared a series of throwback photos from the moment to her Instagram page this evening.

In the snaps, the EastEnders actress can be seen smiling as she stares at her pup with a crab stick hanging out of her mouth.

Subsequent photos show Betty chomping onto the fish treat, taking half of the crab stick for herself.

Maisie captioned the post: “#tb to the time Betty stole my crab stick #splitnotsteal 💔

The teen is a huge dog lover, and was left devastated earlier this year when her other pet, Benny, passed away.

The Tiffany Butcher star announced Benny’s death in June, paying touching tribute on social media at the time.

Heartbroken Maisie urged her followers to cuddle their pets as she wrote: “Meet Benny. He was the bravest, the sleepiest, the kindest the goodest, the silliest, the handsomest big brother and best friend.

“This is your daily reminder to cuddle your pets.. RIP my angel. Benny Smith September 2007 – 1st June 2020.”

The beauty showed off her enviable body today

Earlier today, Maisie showed off her enviable bod in a post-workout selfie as she prepares to take to the Strictly ballroom later this month.

The flame-haired beauty is a trained dancer, and previously won the Children In Need special of the BBC show with Kevin Clifton.

She is following in the footsteps of several of her EastEnders co-stars who have treaded the dancefloor over the years, including Emma Barton, Jake Wood, and Kellie Bright.

This year’s series will see Maisie compete against the likes of Max George, Clara Amfo, and Bill Bailey.
