An article on 10 December on soap stars who had brushed with the law included a section on former EastEnder Joseph Shade, who was convicted of sexual offences in 2017.
One photograph included, said to be of Mr Shade while at EastEnders as a child, was in fact of Stuart Stevens as a child at EastEnders. Mr Stevens has no connection whatsoever to Mr Shade’s offences.
We apologise to Mr Stevens for any embarrassment caused.
