THIS is the touching moment Princess Kate hugged a young girl who burst into tears after meeting the royal at a street party.
The youngster was overcome with emotion after Princess Kate joined Prince William on a surprise walkabout in Windsor.

She then consoled the youngster with a hug
She could be seen breaking down in tears on the Long Walk this afternoon as Kate passed her.
The royal then asked her “do you want a hug?” as the weeping girl nodded.
Kate could be seen crouching down to embrace the youngster, who was wearing Union Jack headband and patriotic dress.
The pair then chatted briefly as royal fans smiled around them.
Kate and William headed to Windsor to speak to people queuing ahead of tonight’s star-studded coronation concert at Windsor Castle.
They will join King Charles and Queen Camilla and 20,000 members of the public to see acts including Take That, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie perform.
Singers Perry and Richie were among the stars at Saturday’s coronation ceremony in Westminster Abbey.
Thousands of street parties are also being held up and down the country as the celebration continues.
More than 3,700 lunch events are taking place, with the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh due to attend one in Cranleigh, Surrey.
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are planning to visit a Big Lunch in Windsor.
More than 18million Brits tuned in to watch Charles and Camilla formally become King and Queen in a landmark ceremony yesterday.
The newly-crowned monarchs today thanked their supporters in a joint statement from Buckingham Palace.
It read: “Their Majesties were deeply touched by the events of yesterday and profoundly grateful both to all those who helped to make it such a glorious occasion – and to the very many who turned out to show their support in such numbers in London and further afield.”
