Kym, 46, wore a stunning black gown which clung to her curves and featured ruching on one side and a flesh colour underneath the dark netting.
As she headed up for her scores, some Strictly viewers were convinced they could see through the top half of her gown.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “Sorry, but we have to talk about Kim Marsh’s nipple.”
Another added: “Kym Marsh’s nipple is very distracting.”
A third tweeted: “Great dancing but please say I’m not the only one who can see Kim Marsh’s nipple through that dress?”
Meanwhile a fourth shared: “Did Wardrobe not consider Kim’s nipple ????”
Kym and Graziano received 37 points from the judges, leaving them joint second on the leaderboard.
Kym’s high scores comes as she broke her silence after suffering major panic attacks backstage.
The star was forced to cancel her rehearsals as she struggled to continue dancing as producers attempted to calm her anxiety.
It Takes Two host Rylan pointed out that she had “lost her way” in recent weeks, to which Kym admitted her “mindset” had changed after a tough time lately.
She said: “Last Saturday I just went out and thought ‘I’m having it…I’m having it’.
“My mindset just changed, and I went and had a little word with myself and said ‘what are you doing?’
“It’s a dance, just enjoy it and just enjoy dancing with Graziano and I really did, honestly it was my best week.”
