Bafta Game Awards 2023 – full list of nominees

THE Bafta Game Awards 2023 just announced the full list of nominees, celebrating last year’s best games and the people who made them.

God of War Ragnarök is leading the list with 15 nominations, including EE Game of the Year, voted for by the public, and six nominations for performances.

God of War Ragnarök received the most nominations ahead of the upcoming ceremony.

A nice surprise is indie cat game Stray which got nine nominations, ahead of last year’s biggest game Elden Ring, which received eight.

Sony’s Horizon Forbidden West received six nominations.

Ahead of the announcement GLHF spoke with Bafta Games Committee chair Tara Saunders, an the newly appointed CEO of Bafta, Jane Millichip.

The Bafta Game Awards 2023 ceremony will take place on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London.
