PS5 restock at GAME this morning is your chance to bag a Christmas console

CHRISTMAS is less than a month away and if you’re still looking to bag a PlayStation 5, today might be the day.

GAME has announced that it’s going live with a PS5 restock this morning.

The PS5 is still in short supply and stock sells out in minutes

PS5 stock tracking Twitter account @PS5StockAlertUK says to be on the lookout at around 11.30am.

The account has a solid record when it comes to predicted PS5 restock dates and times.

So follow GAME’s social media accounts and get ready to pull the trigger when it goes live.

As per the retailer’s announcement, orders placed today are pre-orders only.

No payments will be taken until it’s performed its anti scalping policy checks.

@PS5StockAlert UK also says it’s likely that the drop will be for the standard PS5 disc edition, rather than the PS5 Digital Edition, or both consoles.

Another factor to bear in mind is that if you’re looking to secure a PS5 today, you may have to spend more than planned and for out for a bundle.

Happily, they include some fantastic titles like Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ghost of Tsushima, and PS5 exclusive Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

Some of the bundles also throw in the official Sony Pulse 3D Wireless Headset, as well as the newest Midnight Black, and Cosmic Red DualSense colourways.

You may get lucky and get a standalone console, but you’re probably in with a better chance opting for the pricier bundles as there may be less competition from the get-go.

So prepare to spend around £550 minimum, which is £100 more than the price of the console on its own. But at least the extras are worth it!
