How to sign in to PSN

To start with, boot up your PlayStation by pressing the power button on your console or holding the PlayStation button on your controller.

Open up your settings by hitting up on the D-pad and scrolling across to the tool box icon on your screen. Hit X.

Once in your settings, head to Account Management > Sign In to PlayStation Network.

If you have a PlayStation Network (PSN) account, sign in with your email address and password.

After you sign in, you will remain signed in on your console until you manually sign out.

How to change your PSN password on PS5

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign In.

On the sign-in screen, press the triangle button, and then select Next.

An email for changing your password is sent to the sign-in ID (email address) shown on this screen.

You’ll be sent an email containing a secure link, which will expire after 24 hours.

The verification email can take a few minutes to arrive.

Follow the secure link, fill in the requested information and create a new password using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

How to change your PSN password on PS4

From the PS4 home screen, go to Settings > Account Management > Sign In.

On the sign-in screen, press the triangle button, and then select Next.

Click the link in the email and enter a new password.
