DAVID Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper in Stranger Things, has revealed that he’s taking part in an upcoming horror game with actor Jodie Comer.

Harbour is currently working on a film adaptation of Gran Turismo, and has been speaking more about his love of video games.

Harbour on the red carpet.

In an interview with GLHF, the actor revealed that he wants a part in the next God of War game, but we’re still many years away from seeing that.

A game starring Harbour will be released much sooner than this, as the actor teased about an unreleased project.

After he shared his desire to be in God of War, we questioned whether he has concrete plans to star in a game.

He replied: “I actually have one coming out. Me and Jodie Comer did a video game.

“That’ll be coming out… I think it’s next year. A horror game.”

He previously admitted to the press that World of Warcraft “ruined” his life as he spent long hours playing it when he was younger.

After that developer Blizzard reached out to him to ask him to help promote the new expansion Dragonflight.

He’s interested in all types of video games, though, including Cyberpunk 2077 and Dark Souls, so it’s no wonder he is getting more involved in the gaming industry.

Costar Jodie Comer is best known for her role in Killing Eve, but has also spoken about her love for video games in the past.

The star claims that she took: “Grand Theft Auto way too seriously”, and even starred in the video game-based movie Free Guy.

Harbour didn’t reveal any details about the upcoming video game, but a number of new projects will be announced at The Game Awards this week.

Host and creator of The Game Awards, Geoff Keighley, revealed to us that over 50 games will be included as part of the show.

Fans are hoping that the pair will star in a game that features motion capture, much like Supermassive Games’ hit The Quarry.
