TWITCH streamer Kimmikka has gained thousands of Instagram followers after being banned from Twitch.
But who is she and what did she do to get banned? Here is what you need to know:

Who is Kimmikka?
Kimmikka is a 21-year-old Twitch streamer from Venezuela.
She most commonly streams herself playing games like Valorant, Minecraft, and Among Us.
The gaming streamer currently has over 22,000 followers on Twitch and over 25,000 followers on Instagram.
However, the 21-year-old gained more followers after she was banned by the streaming platform.
Why was Kimmikka banned from Twitch?
Kimmikka was banned by Twitch on August, 24, 2022, after viewers noticed something unusual going on in her stream.
Her viewers detected in the reflection of her window that her partner was behind her, seemingly performing a sexual act.
While there was no explicit nudity in the stream, Kimmikka’s facial expressions, along with the reflection, confirmed that something untoward was going on.
It is not uncommon for Twitch to ban users for violating their nudity and sexual content policy.
However, some viewers were surprised that Kimmikka’s ban was only imposed for seven days.
One prominent online creator, Jidion, was particularly frustrated about the length of Kimmikka’s ban.
Jidion is a popular gaming streamer with 1.89 million YouTube subscribers.
He was banned by Twitch in January 2022 for encouraging his viewers to send hateful messages to another streamer, Pokimane.
Jidion was initially banned from Twitch for 14 days, however the streaming platform then decided to make his ban permanent.
After the incident with Kimmikka, Jidion started a Twitch respond movement, claiming that it was unfair for her to be allowed back on the platform so quickly, while he is still banned.
Jidion explained that he did not think his actions deserved a more severe ban than the 21-year-old streamer.
He tweeted, “A GIRL GETS F***** ON STREAM 7 DAY BAN WHILE IM STILL HERE PERMA BANNED TWITCH IS RACIST”.
He also posted an 11 minute long YouTube video on the subject titled, “Twitch it’s time to answer”.
The banned Twitch streamer shared his annoyance, saying, “a girl literally got D’d down on Stream, you saw everything that was happening on a Twitch live stream, only got banned for seven days”.
Does Kimmikka have a boyfriend?
Kimmikka’s boyfriend is currently unidentified.
Viewers suspect that her boyfriend is the man who was spotted behind her on the livestream that got her banned, however nothing has been confirmed.
The 21-year-old has not posted any photos with her suspected boyfriend on her Instagram account.
